Red Hill Engagement

*Blogger jacked this post up & it is all out of order- so today is puzzle piecing together- have at it!! (scroll down & read, then look at pictures-makes more sense!)

Just Engaged -- woohoo!

So, this past weekend my sister Lori & I helped my nephew Landon propose to his girlfriend! The cooler part, I set them up :) Kenzie is so personable, cute, fun & down to earth- she goes perfect with Lando whom I think is Awesome!

We set up a table & chairs with candles, fresh fruit platter, a couple take-out boxes & flowers, up on the Red Hill. Then we hid behind some rocks nearby as they got there, she thought they were meeting his family to go hiking, which they do a lot of. He convinced her they should go see what the "fire" was with the candles & blow them out. Kenzie kept telling him to let it go & leave the peoples stuff alone. He finally got her to go over there & told her they should see what kind of food these people were eating! She got brave & opened one of the boxes to read the note

"Kenzie will you marry me?" She was shocked, laughed & then they kissed....oh, & she said YES!

We got a few pics of it taking place, & some cuter ones after.....

Then Lo & I had the great opportunity of hauling all the stuff back to the car IN THE DARK- we looked "liquored up" & were not at all wearing the proper shoe attire. We both had on clogs, they were cute, I have to add :)

Good Times were had by all of us-haha!!! Congrats Landon & Kenzie- can't wait for the big Date!

*I was changing this little sweetheart & realized, she's getting a little "muscle" :) ...oh, & she is now wearing newborn diapers, not preemie!

*It's a good thing they are so cute, I have had a few crazy days with these little warriors!

Spring here we come!! The weather is beautiful outside & kids are starting to feel better--YES, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I was ready to get "liquored up" a few days ago, crazy CHAOS!!! -haha.

RSV!?>$*

RSV BITES the Big One!!! Seriously, I don't know how anyone does it with more than 4 kids. Life doesn't just stand still when someone is sick either- Creed school, Treygen school, Creed B-ball practice & games, pick up Creed's glasses, groceries, makes meals, laundry, yadayada... the list goes on...
I have been running back & forth between my room & Tekai's room. Cayzli is quarantined (sp?) in my room & Tekai in his with humidifiers on- for these not so lovely sicknesses :( Everytime the kids come in, they have to wash their hands & then get the hand sanitizer on, just to be in the house! I thought I was a germ freak before all of this- HA!
Tekai has been wanting me to hold him & just hacks all over me. We are trying to teach him the concept of "covering your mouth" with your sleeve. Creed & Treygen want me to jump on the tramp, play B-Ball, & race cars, which I was able to do for like 10 minutes before Tekai needed me. As much as I love to feel Needed-- I would love to let a pedicurist & massage therapist feel needed from me right about now! :)
I did finally get to take a shower today around 11:30 when they both had fallen asleep. I'm sure the rest of the fam was happy about that & me getting my greasy hair washed. Oh well, I hear it is good to have natural oils in your hair uggghhh, I'm not so much into it. Nor- (yes I just used that word) am I into being a "home body" I think I am supposed to be learning patience or something!
Good Judas, when does the madness / sickness end????
Moral of the story is: if you have Well Check Doctor Apt's for your kids, don't take them until Spring!!!

Valentines

* We had a fun weekend - Friday night went to a "Couples Valentine party" at our friends house Gen & Brendan Dalley. They were Awesome hosts, had yummy food & Fabulous time with everyone. Not to mention us winning the "how well you know your spouse" game--woohoo, we won a gift card to "Godiva Chocolate" -& had a blast with the white elephant gift game :) We also scored & got golf passes & another gift card for "Godiva's"-sorry Malinda, we had to steal it, that was Jasons Vday gift- since his other one hasn't come in the mail yet!!

*Daddy's Valentine Girl-she came with us to the movies "Pink Panther 2" (pretty dumb- but we had fun with my bro's & spouses & Mom)

WOW - where does the time go! Cayzli had her 2 month check up & weighed in at a whopping: 7lb 14oz with all her clothes on! :) She really is our "lil" princess. So, now she looks like a newborn- haha.

**the next day, her & Tekai both had coughs starting- & now she is borderline RSV!! Yeah, I am freaking out a bit. It sucks that she got sick from the doctors office. We had a visit to the after hours clinic, they gave her a shot to help open up her bronchial tubes, for breathing better. I am praying this ends quickly & she doesn't get worse. Not much sleep has been going on around here- for me either :(

*Grandma & Cayzli at her Blessing Party

Cayzli sportin' her (big) shoes we got to stay on, somewhat-- thanks to tights! I absolutely love this hat my friend made her- it has a brim :) if anyone is interested in cute hats- she can make them for your little ones, or you! Just let me know & I'll give you her info. It's funny, Cayzli's hair pokes through it & she has hair below it too :) Doesn't she look like a little girl already?- she still is pretty little! She has her 2 month checkup tomorrow, I'll let you know how it goes.

*one of my projects I finished for Cayzli's bows! I am going to sell these too :) I made this midgee one & realized it wouldn't hold half of her bows, so made a larger one too... hehe kinda fun.....

*Tekai finally likes one of his Christmas presents: "Tickle Me Cookie Monster" at first he didn't want to touch it with a ten foot pole- but now they are friends!

*Cayzli's Blessing Day* (Jas wearing my dad's tie- so sweet) Cayzli's flower hair bow was made out of one of my Gma Lilian's earrings :) I had my friend Kelsi put it together- she is the BestEst hair bow maker ever!!

*Daddy blessed Cayzli Feb. 1st (Super Bowl Sunday-our Cardinals couldn't quite get it done :(

*Trying to get 4 kids ready for church, not my Favorite thing to do around here! Good thing they have an awesome Dad that gets it done for me, even when they spice up the clothing sitch a bit, & look a little crAzY! (you can't see Treyg's Whale pants in this picture, but can tell it would look great with his striped sweater vest & very large Gpa Virge Tie!! This kid Rocks :) )

Tiki Man is 2!!

My little "big guy" Kai guy turned 2-- I can't stand it!!! He has gotten so big since I had Cayzli. He is a ball of energy & smiles :) He loves to play with his bro's, especially outside jumping, digging, racing cars or playing ball!

We love you "my sweetest littlest" (boy that is now!) HAPPY B-DAY!!
