The last week has been a little bit of a nightmare for me- so, I had to do something to get me excited about having a baby..... I painted, decorated, re-did rooms, did more painting & am starting to feel like this "girl" thing is real. My poor boys haven't felt so great- kucky stomach stuff - then they have to put up with my crazy OCD.

Somedays, I wish I could feel normal, not so hormonal! I had an anxiety attack the other night & just couldn't take any more! I just feel so overwhelmed & feel like I have to do everything, it drives me crazy. Thank heavens I have the bestest hubby around- who jumped in & made everything okay. My sweet friend Kellie stopped by with her daughter Macie, whom I consider my own, I absolutely adore her. They were so great & brought me soo many amazing darling gifts :)- thanks you guys, I love you.

Now it is the weekend, another day, positive energy out there - happy outcoming right?!

*Tekai is sleeping on the bunk beds w/ Treygalish (lower one of course!) I can't believe he is so big. He loves to feel like a big kid. They enjoy sharing a room. Creed is liking having his own room- but occasionally Treygen sleeps on his trundle :) I'll take some pictures of CDog's room too.

*I then painted the green stripe, finished my chandelier - when I bought it, it was gold. I painted it, bought shades, added ribbon, some glitter, rhinestones- re-painted (didn't love the pink I painted below the shades) & it is almost ready...

*I painted the rest of the wall pink, added ric rac (which was a nightmare to put on), painted the crib, Jason hung the canopy & now I am excited to get my bedding Jason's sister is making for me :) The material is oh-so-great. I have a few more things to add to the wall, will show you pics when it is ready....

*painted the changing table- it used to be a light tan. I wasn't as happy with how I finished this one, but NO BIG WOOP! I am trying to release & let it go... be with God! (for those of you who went to the "Time Out For Women") I also painted the little rocking chair- it was a maroon color, I think I'll add brown to it also. I added cute green flowers to the top of the light- you'll have to click on the picture to see them.

*I had to put this bedding on there, until I get mine- it just makes it that much more real :) hehe
There you have it, so far.............. now, I'm going to bed it is only 3:30am - I have been cleaning bathrooms & house, okay, then I watched a few shows on nbc.com :) had to put my mind somewhere besides toilets!

I opened up my fourth folder under pictures & this is the 4th picture in it. It is one of Tekai's one year old pics. He looks bald- his hair was actually quite orange red! He loooovvves balls- what boy doesn't? These were fun ones of my sweetest littlest. Can't believe he will be "2" in like 3 1/2 months.

I love my little Kai Guy, he is so much fun tagging along wherever I go. Although, today he hasn't felt well. Treygen came into my room this morning & told me there was throw up all over his room. He said Tekai was laying on the floor. I jump up & run in there...... let's just say I WISH it was throw up!! It was really Diarhea! :( leaked out of his diaper...3 puddles of it- Kucky you think?, you didn't have to clean it up- or smell it the rest of the day!! I scrubbed, cleaned, deoderized, aired out the room, & still I can smell it. Luckily no one else can.... pregnancy does wonders on your senses. My poor little guy, I put him in the tub & he even went in there!! I have done quite the cleaning today. He had a bad diaper about every few hours, so that is why I can probably still smell the putred (sp?) odor. He seems to be a little better tonight- let's hope he doesn't leak on his freshly washed bedding- fingers crossed. I did put a towel under him, is that so wrong?!

I had to mention our sweet weekend we had with the girls! My sister Jill came up from AZ & joined me & some friends at the "1st Annual Digi Scrap night" :) We had a Blast- as always! Got a little crazy- probably freaked out the instuctor- but Judas, we're Brown's, get used to it!!!

More Doctors!

What do you get when you mix broken glass, a hand & lots of blood??? ...... STITCHES!!! Yep, I busted a favorite glass bowl of mine, while trying to be "Mother of the Year," making homemade pancakes for my kids! Luckily for my OCD sake, it was in the sink & didn't go everywhere else. So, I loaded my kids in the car, dropped them at Gma's & drove myself to my awesome Doctor. Those who know me well, are thinking "what in the world- you went by yourself?!" I am one tough chick :) That, & Jason was in Cedar. I was a brave girl, but that numbing needle hurt like a Mother! I asked Dr. Thompson if it was supposed to go clear through my hand. He laughed, & told me it just felt like it. Five stitches & a tetonous shot later, I was good to go! The worst part is where I sliced it open- it is in between my ring finger & middle finger. Trying to keep that bad boy dry, is a nightmare- & it stings like nobody's business when I try to extend my hand- which is my left one.... & guess whose left handed-- Nailed it.....ME!

(pre stitches) K- you can't really see how long it is, because I can't open my hand too wide- but that bad boy goes back an inch!

Dr. Thompson- he's the best! He stitched me up on their lunch break, what a guy!

My battle wound- numbness starting to wear off & hurting pretty good!
*sorry to those massages I've had to cancel for the next 10 days*

After the trauma of that day, I had 2 Doctor's appointment for my pregnancy: one with the Perinatologist Freddie Gonzalez :) & one with my OB Dr. Lunt. My baby girl is looking healthy & measuring about 3lb. 1 oz. She needs to pack on the pounds in the next 5 weeks in time to arrive! Although, there is not much more room. She is currentley hanging out- head under my right ribs, back wrapped a little below my left ribs, bottom, legs & arms just above the right side of my c-section line. Now, I know why the one side is uncomfortable- & she doesn't want to budge. If feels like she is trying to karate chop me out the right side of my body & get into my back! Simmer down girl, there will be lots of gymnastics, dance, karate down the road :)

To top off all the fun at doctor's offices, I found out I have a hernia on the right side above my crotch! That's what the pain is- Lovely huh? - & they tell me I will have to have surgery after she is born! I'm thinking can't we just do it the same time as my C-Section??? Apparently not!

I'm ready to have a nervous breakdown............

Creed's party is below the banquet- I saved it to make a list of things about C-Dog! Just a few posts down......

PAWS Banquet

Jason & I went to a Banquet Fundraiser with Kent & Leesa for Paws Organization. It was at the Cosmopolitan Steakhouse in Leeds. The scenery is so pretty out there- we hadn't been there in years. The food was amazing- loved the bread & dipping oils :)lemonade was fresh, & my Veggie Plate was gourmet yummy. They had a lot of cool stuff for auction & the money went to help the animals. I loved this cool, abstract painting as we walked in- Jas didn't so much- he thought it was kinda "hodge podge", but, he surprised me & bought it at the auction! :) WHAT A MAN, I tell ya what - I am one lucky gal.

We ran into Jason's Best friend JC there too. They grew up together in Ogden. It was funny, we saw him come in (late) & so Jas started to text him, I looked up to notice he was down on one knee in front of his girlfriend! We were shocked, & realized he was proposing!! Kinda cool we were there to see it. I guess they had kind of gotten engaged a week prior- but she wanted to wait for her specific ring. He had gotten it that day & decided to go for it then. It is GOrGeous. Congrats dude- we wish you Happiness!

We had a great time- it was fun to dress up & do something different in St. George. They did a wonderful job on the whole evening. Thanks Kent & Leesa- we always have fun with you two- & it was great to hang out Hazel & Steve :)

Creed's 6th Birthday Shindig

*Creed had a total Party with some of his friends for his birthday! They went swimming (perfect weather- thank goodness), played games, had pizza & yummy cake. My friend Genevieve made him the most adorable "4-wheeler Cake" - the boys absolutely loved it! She is sooooo talented, thank you again Gen- you Rock :)

Crazy Week & still Going...

*Monday was my friend Kelsi's bday HAPPY BIRTHDAY-"it's like you never got shot by some crazy teenage witch!!"-I love ya Kels. We went to Cafe Rio & then went to see her sister's pups. Tekai loves them :) Thanks Danielle they are adorable...

We started off our week by going to the Staheli Farms for Family Night! The Corn Maize was the worst experience of my life. We took a "short cut" & got sooo lost in thick corn husks slapping us in the face everywhere you turned, & it was getting dark. -Not my way of fun. If the kids weren't with us I would have been in hysterics. I was about to have a panic attack! Needless to say, we made it out alive- itchy, red & some of us swollen eyes from the husks. Great Family night huh? - We did have fun after that, we picked pumpkins at the pumpkin patch & the kids went on some fun rides. After a few showers & some Benadryl, my kids didn't look so itchy or swollen!

Then I have done a lot of running from school to soccer, to YW's, to cleaning & laundry.....

Wednesday I had my big shindig Shoe & Watch Party- so, more cleaning & Baking.....

The party was FABULOUS & we had fun! My cousin Lara from SLC & sister Jill, from AZ, surprised me & showed up :) It was awesome, we had a blast.
